Tolbert, Barbara J. Age 50, Born March 13, 1957, passed away unexpectedly Friday, July 20, 2001.She was predeceased by her father Herbert G. Tolbertin September 1996 and her motherPhyllis J. Tolbertin March 1998.Barbara is survived by her son, Gerald M. Tolbert, her sister and brother-in-law Patricia A. and Thomas J. Kohout, Sr., sister Pamela M. Decker, nieces Kimberly M. Esposito and Summer F. Cook, nephew Thomas J.
