Barbara J. Cilley Age 80 of Montour Falls, NY, passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 4, 2021. Barbara was a member of Montour Falls Women of the Moose since 1977. She is survived by her sons, James (Mary Kay) Cilley, Brian (Lori) Cilley, and Ray (Jennifer) Cilley; sisters, Doris (Punky) Fritz, Linda (Butch) Woods; brother, Robert Merrill; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Barbara was predeceased by her husband, Armin (Bud) Cilley. A celebration of life will be held at a later date to be announced.
