Arlene B. Spencer

Arlene B. Spencer, 66, of Elmira, NY passed away on Thursday, March 22, 2018 at the Arnot Ogden Medical Center. Arlene is survived by her loving son, Richard; sister, Brenda; brothers, Joe, Jim and Ralph. She was a longtime member of the United Baptist Church in Elmira. Arlene was a very special lady and loving mother who will be missed by all who knew her. A loving memorial service celebrating Arlene’s life will be held on Saturday, May 12, 2018 at 1 PM at the United Baptist Church located in the Parish Hall of Trinity Episcopal Church, 304 N. Main Street, Elmira, NY 14901. Rev. Arthur Reed will officiate. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
