Anthony S. Demark

Anthony S. “Tony” DeMark, 44, of Elmira, NY passed away on Monday, July 10, 2017 at Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center. Tony was predeceased by his mother, Darlene Andrews DeMark; grandparents, Gabe and Betty DeMark and Vince and Elanora Andrews; uncles, Rick DeMark and Dick Shaw. Tony is survived by his loving father, Daniel DeMark; aunts, Carol (Bob) Morris, Lorraine DeMark and Marilla Shaw; cousins, James Morris, Kevin Morris, Julianne Parasiliti, Deanna DeMark, Stacy Robbins and Tracy DeMark along with several other cousins and three furry friends, Bear, Millie and Dunn. Tony was a 1992 graduate of Southside High School. He was employed at Motor Components, Howell Packaging and most recently Villa Serene Apartments up until he passed. Tony loved to play the slots at the casino and surfing the net. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Chemung County Humane Society, 2435 NY-352, Elmira, NY 14903 or the Elmira Animal Shelter, 842 Linden Place Extension, Elmira, NY 14901. Calling hours will be held on Saturday, July 15, 2017 from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM with a funeral service to follow immediately at 4:30 PM at Olthof Funeral Home, Inc. 1050 Pennsylvania Avenue, Elmira, NY. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
